To buy all of your packaging materials and office stationery products from GoPac you can securely place orders using our 24-hour online web-shop. Search for the products you need or click through the categories of products, select the items and quantities you want. Look out for price discounts when you buy more! If you are having real trouble - call us and we'll put your order on for you!

At GoPac, you don't have to hit a minimum order value and if you live in Rugby then you qualify for free delivery! If you are based outside of our free delivery zone then delivery charges may be applicable.

Orders received before 2pm will be packed and shipped for next working day delivery. If you need next day delivery but have missed the cut-off time, or you need delivery on a weekend, please contact us so we can arrange something special, just for you!

You will receive an automated confirmation through your email. If you don't receive this, then please contact us to locate your order for you. Before calling us, please check your spam or junk folders to make sure it hasn't been moved. Add sales@gopac.co.uk to your known senders list to ensure you get our emails. Try signing up to our newsletters too to make sure you get our emails and of course any GoPac Special Offers.

Our online store can accept payments from all major credit and debit cards. We also accept payment through PayPal.

Unfortunately we don't currently accept American Express.  

If you need to pay using cash, then please let us know as we'll have to take payment on delivery before we can let you have the products. This payment method is not available for products which are delivered by our suppliers or via third party couriers.

At the moment we don't offer business credit accounts but we do work with business customers and can offer some payment flexibility. If you need to transfer funds to pay for goods because you don't have a company credit or debit card, then please contact us to arrange payment against a pro-forma invoice.

If products are in an unused and resalable condition, then you can return product(s) for a refund on those resalable products. Please refer to our Terms and Conditions for more information, but if you're still not sure, just drop us a line to talk about it.

We can only provide refunds for product which is returned to us because it is faulty, or that we can put back in to stock. All products which are put back in to stock are subject to a re-stocking fee. The difference between that fee and the price you paid for the products you've returned  is what will be refunded to you.

If you can't find the exact size product that you want then drop us a line so we can talk through what you're after. We're adding new products all the time so it could be on it's way or it could be that you need a custom made product.

Bespoke solutions are great for marketing your company or providing care details or instructions  to people handling your product. We aim to get all stocked products to customers on the next business day. If you need same day delivery, then this can be arranged, but please refer to the delivery zones to understand what the minimum charge will be. Some products are delivered directly by our suppliers - so check with us first so we don't let you down.
